Return Policy

At Austin's Uniform Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, in the event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received, exchanges are available within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and stickers intact. Additionally, a valid receipt is required for all exchanges.
